Bought the 3 day pass even though we were only going to be there 2 days. I thought we could do everything in one day, wrong! Mind the times of the tours and start early. Guides were great and very informative. Buses were usually at capacity.

We love taking tours of new cities. We like to see the whole tour then go back and visit all the places of interest to us. This proved to be a great plan in New Orleans. Trying to find parking in some cities can be very tedious, costly, and a huge waste of time. We had 3 different tour guides as we hopped on and off. I must say Theresa was the best ever. Wish we had had her all day. She was so knowledgeable of New Orleans. We never would have learned so much about the city or seen as much without taking this tour option.

2 minutes ago-Edit I hopped on the bus out by where my cruise ship was docked and figured there was plenty of time to see the city and get back in time for departure. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and the bus repeated the French Quarter part of the trip. Now I was going to miss my boat! I told the tour guide and he took us back to the terminal, where the manager, Michelle Hargrove, took me back to my boat in her own car so I wouldn't miss the departure. Granted, the mix-up could have been avoided, but Michelle really demonstrated her concern for her clients. I was very grateful for her customer service.
