I don't have time to explain all the circumstances but I rode for a total of 5 minutes. The bus stranded me the first time I got off and despite me chasing it and waving my arms at the stop theu just drove off without me and I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait for the next one so I went on with my (now ruined) day. My multiple requests for a refund have all been completely ignored.

Overall, the tour was great! The sites and the stops gave me a good feel into the city of Philly and its culture. We had three different announcers; two were amazing and I’m still trying to figure out why the third was hired. Everyone sitting around me was confused when she spoke because of her fumbles and stumbles. I heard a few people say they were going to request a refund. I highly recommend this tour, but hope you end up with announcers who will make your trip memorable.
