I bought on-line a ticket for May 16, 1:00 pm tour. I was at the starting location maybe 5 min earlier. Until the check-in was done the bus left, and I has been announced that I have to wait the next bus at 1:30 pm. It was too late for me and the employee told me that she cancels the ticket and I will get the refund. It didn't happened.

We had a blast on our city sightseeing tour today. We were lucky enough to see two completely different styles of narrators who both shared informative facts and humor in their presentations. We’ve taken a lot of hop on/hop off tours, and this had to be one of the best. The bus went to all the best locations and we rarely had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes for one to show up. The tour guides were great. Sasha provided lots of interesting information and pointed out small things that I certainly would have missed on my own. Warren was straight up hilarious. He was awesome. I enjoyed listening to his jokes and Philly pride!

We booked this tour knowing that we only had limited time in Philadelphia and the advertisement stated that the last tour left at 5:30 pm. We came in on a flight from Austin, Texas on Saturday afternoon and got to the pickup site as quickly as possible, before 5 pm. We waited for the 5:30 tour to arrive, but when the bus arrived the driver informed us that they were ending the final tour of the day at 5:30 pm. We were very disappointed and upset that we had spent money knowing that there was a "no refund" policy and they closed the attraction at least an hour before the publicized time.
