Tour-goers will also see our world-class artistic and cultural organizations: The Ringling Museum, Ringling College, Asolo Theater, Selby Library, Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Selby Gardens, Sarasota Opera House, Art Center Sarasota, Sarasota Symphony Orchestra. Thank you Jon MacDonald (tour guide) and Dory (driver). Jon's running commentary provided fascinating, unexpected insights into Sarasota. His anectdotes were particularly interesting and amusing. I've been a resident of Sarasota for 18 years and now have an even better appreciation about our extaordinary city. We have family visiting in a few weeks who are considering moving to Sarasota and the Day Tour will be top of the list for an overview of this historical, vibrant gem.

I loved the tour and our guide as well as the driver were funny and very knowledgeable. I was surprised how quickly the 90 minutes were over. After the tour I went back to some places on my own (street art graffiti and the unconditional surrender statue) but my highlight was our driver's personal tip: watching the sunset at the New College :-)

It was a perfect day for the tour, cloudy and humidity 😁. I booked this tour in the morning for an afternoon spot. It was the best use of my day, I learned a lot about Sarasota. Tour guide, Steve, was very entertaining kept the audience engaged. Overall, I enjoy every minute of it. Glad I did.
