Jose Guttierez Radovic was a super tour guide. Not only he's giving you informations and answers all your questions, but he also tells you about him and his experiences. I would recommand him and the tour to everyone who wants to have a great time!!!

Our tour guide, Jose, was one of the best we've had. He was knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. We had to wait for him an extra half hour for our pickup, but he called us several times to let us know when he would arrive. The tour took us through the many different areas of Miami. Jose explained each one, giving us the history and details. He was open to our questions. We had an amazing lunch in an authentic old Havana restaurant. Afterwards we took a relaxing cruise on Biscayne Bay which highlighted the multi million dollar homes of the rich and famous. It was a wonderful day and Jose's helpfulness made it even more special. Thank you, Jose!

We were picked up from our hotel about 30 mins after the stated time, although it did say allow 30 mins! But this does mean you need to be ready at the earlier time! Jose, our driver was knowledgable and gave a good running commentary although at times there was music playing and considering the average age on the bus I think it was inappropriate. We really enjoyed seeing so much of Miami and are really glad we did the tour. However, we felt that some of the stops were too long and unnecessary. In reality as there were only 5 of us it would have been better to ask how long we required? The day was good but long, by the time we got to Ocean Drive I actually asked others if they really wanted the 30 mins and we agreed 20 was enough. It still meant that we were not back until 7pm. There is something about the scheduling of routes that I think needs sorting! Overall a great way to see Miami but be prepared for a long day!

I would like to give you a few reasons why the tour is scheduled that way. First of all, this is a share service and we pick up passengers in different hotels and locations in Miami. We ask customer to be ready at 10:00 because the pickup start at that time. Regarding the stops during the tour, the driver has to respect the itinerary because customers know it in advance and each customer has a different perception of the time spent in a place. But if all passengers agree to leave earlier, they always have the option to ask for it to the driver. Same thing for the music in the car or any other inquire they may have. The tour usually finishes at 6:00 and it take from 30 mins to 1 hour more to drop all the customers in the hotels. This time may vary according to the traffic conditions.
