Understaffed and terrible service! They had just one bartender for the entire ship and our server was overwhelmed. Food was terrible, "unlimited" bar was difficult to get drinks for our table. By the end of the night there was not a piece of toilet paper to be found in the ladies room. Meanwhile, the rest of the management staff was standing by idly watching and not helping at all. When we tried to exit after an exhausting night of waiting we were told the credit card machine had broken and they had to verify that the pending transactions were accounted for. Really?? We all stormed the captain when we were finally allowed to leave and you could hear the patrons behind us complaining as we all returned to our cars. DON'T BOTHER!

Overall good service and atmosphere. I recommend this place for a great dinner and getting a chance to enjoy the Clearwater Beach area.

We choose this excursion to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. The staff was very friendly. There was a very annoying squeal near our table and after reporting to our waitstaff, the manager returned and reseated us which we appreciated very much. The food was excellent. My daughter had the chicken and I had the pork tenderloin. My daughters cheesecake was served with a candle and Happy Birthday written in chocolate. Very nice touch. The DJ kept many people dancing and enjoying the evening. We had hoped to catch the sunset, but in October, that is 7PM which is sailing time.
