The boarding process needs to be improved dramatically. The process takes too long and needs a least 3 people total to process customers. Also there should be a separate email informing travelers to arrive early for parking/boarding and there needs to be some type of tent for travelers to stand under in the event of rain. Several travelers got soaked during the boarding process and not apologies or accommodations were made.

We enjoyed the cruise. The food and drinks were very good. The waitress and other crew members were very accommodating and took care of our needs.
The singer was good. We would have preferred the songs requested to be sung by the entertainer instead of hearing recordings of other people singing the songs. A live band with the singer would have been preferred.
The weather was not good and we were not able to see the sunset. That was a disappointment but out of the control of the crew.

We enjoyed the evening very much, the staff were very pleasant and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. We had prime rib and shrimp for dinner which was cooked to perfection and very tasty. If we had anything to complain about it would be the music, would have been nice to have had a mixture of old and modern but it was mostly loud banging music geared for the young. It was nice up on deck but a little disappointing there were not many lights to see and the wind picked up with overcast skies, no fault of the cruise company of course ! The crew were at the gangway to see us depart and wished everyone a happy Christmas that sent us on our way with a good seasonal feeling. Our experience over all was very pleasant and we would highly recommend this to anyone .
