Crew was very nice and it was very informative. The scenery was breathtaking. The captain was also the tour guide. She made sure to stop when wildlife was spotted so we could take pictures.

Wow this was an awesome tour. Everything was awesome. My family enjoyed it so much. Never had seen icebergs and glacier up close. So sad thought that with the glacier retreating at a fast rate , the next generations might not see these majestic creation of nature . I liked the clam chowder that they serve for lunch.

New and good cruise ship. Decent customer services. However, they were not informative about the tour details. They must have known that their ship can't access to Columbia Galacier even before departing. At the last minutes, just saying "mother nature has another plan for us", which defeats the main purpose of the glacier tour. Hoping that they are very open prior to the tour and booking. Our 6 hours were wasted pretty much.

Thank you for traveling with us on Prince William Sound. We are sorry that you were not as happy with your journey as we would have liked you to be. Columbia Glacier is in the middle of a massive retreat and therefore rather unpredictable. This is why we don't talk about access to that glaciers face as much as we do the quantity of ice and amazing ice bergs in the area. As stated on our website and in our brochure: "This 6-hour journey through Prince William Sound will feature a visit to the Columbia Glacier area where you have a chance to view history in the making as Columbia Glacier retreats back into the Chugach Mountains. In addition to the amazing ice in Columbia Bay..." Again, we are sorry that you are disappointed and we hope that the rest of your Alaska travels went well.
