It was canceled the evening before. We were scheduled for a Saturday evening and on Friday evening we were called and told that they no longer do weekends. This should have been known way before then. We had the trip scheduled for months.

Unfortunately we didn't make the decision. Our landlord decided last minute that they no longer wanted us open on the weekends. We let you know 24 hours in advance for your tour according to our cancellation policy.

Great experience and fun. I’ve lived in Austin over 40 years and Travis pointed out history I had no idea about. He is truly a tour guide to his core( which is a hard job to pull off day after day)

if you want to see the bats in Austin, this the way to go! The launch site is easy to find and the tour provides excellent information about the city and, of course, the bats. Our guide Travis made sure that everyone arrived at the bridge in a timely manner and the experience was excellent. Highly recommend this tour!
