Custom Private Tour in Convertible MINI Cooper

Overview
You're in a special city. Why take an ordinary tour? This is the ONLY convertible MINI Cooper tour in the country!

This tour is totally customizable – you choose the length of the tour, what time you want to be picked up, and what you want to see.

I love San Francisco and have spent 20 years studying and exploring the city. I’ll work with you to plan your tour so you can see the famous sites and the hidden gems other tours can't go to or don't know about. I’ve designed this to be the type of tour I would take if I visited San Francisco, but where you go is up to you. I make suggestions along the way, but how long you spend at any site is up to you. You're never rushed, and never have to wait for other people. It's all about you!

Plus, it's fun! In the convertible MINI Cooper, you see everything up close and personal as we drive along.

I love showing guests San Francisco, and talking about the history and culture of this unique and special city.

Reed filled the tour time with all our requests and more. We had a great time with him. We had taken the San Francisco bus tour and wanted to see more. The other bus tours had lots of duplicate stops. So, we found Reed. He took us around San Francisco in style and comfort. We saw views and architecture that were not in the tour books. We learned a lot about the neighborhoods we toured. The views from his Mini-Cooper with the top down were great. You could see in all directions with no blocked views. Reed found great angles for taking pictures. He also was totally flexible when we wanted to stop and take in a view. Great way to spend our last afternoon in San Francisco. We smiled and laughed the whole time. Reed exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I were visiting SF for the first time, and we spent the first two days walking the city and following guide books. This was sufficient for us, but then we found Small Car Big Time Tours. After his tour, we fell in love with the city. We caught a glimpse of Reed giving a tour to another couple while driving down historic Lombard street, and we made a request for booking immediately via his website. The next day he arrived at our hotel before our meeting time, and was just fantastic. He was attentive to our needs (bringing a blanket for us and allowing us to sip our coffee while he whisked us around town with the top down), and customized a trip for us which delved into areas we wanted to see most and avoided the ones we felt we had already seen. Relaxing in a convertible while Reed gives you all the nitty gritty detail on the city is remarkable, you will not be disappointed. Just a fantastic experience all around.

We only had a long weekend in San Francisco and wanted to make the most of our short time there. We spent 4 hours with Reed & his mini on our first full day and had a fantastic time! We especially appreciated the ability to customize the tour to our tastes and shortly after starting our tour we learned that Reed has extensive knowledge about San Francisco and its interesting history! We basically got a crash course in architecture and history while being whisked ALL OVER the city seeing the sights on our must do list and also being treated to sights we didn't know we wanted to see. It was the perfect way to start our trip because we got a taste of everything the city had to offer and a sense of where we wanted to return to spend more time exploring! Reed was also able to give fantastic recommendations for food and drinks (3 or 4 of which we followed up on and none disappointed!). Highly recommend this experience!
