There is some upriver paddling so children under the age of 10 should be paired with an adult

Kayaks have a 300 pound weight limit. Tandem Kayaks 550 pounds. Paddleboards 225 pounds

What To Expect

Coldwater Excursions

Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. Discover the best way to snorkel with an underwater scooter; it does all the work of swimming for you so you can take in the beauty below the surface and snorkel effortlessly. Document your experience with a GoPro, with mounts to tackle every job you won't miss a moment. Relax in luxury and let us do all the heavy lifting, packing, and setting up for you. We had a great trip with my brothers and our elderly father (80). Josiah was our guide and was super helpful in using the equipment and making it a really fun day. I recommend taking the early tour (8am) to get to the springs early to avoid the crowds that creep in by 12 noon. Thanks!

The views was amazing the guide was great and the water was beautiful. Only recommendations I would suggest would be mark all lunches with each group names someone ate our lunch and we didn't get anything..
