Words fail to convey how wonderful and informative this tour is. In spite of the cold temperatures, this was hands down one of the best historical and cultural tours I have ever participated in. Captain Pete was incredible and showed so much respect for the subject matter and the Gullah culture. My mother, brother and I truly had a memorable experience that will stay with us. This should be on everyone's "To Do" list if they visit the area. We all learned so much. Incredible!!!

Knowledge, funny, entertaining! 4.5 hours flew by, highly recommend. We booked this trip as a fun engagement plan and was not disappointed!!

Even though the wind was very cold off the water, my husband and I really enjoyed this experience. We learned a lot about Daufuskie's history and what is happening today on the island. Captain Pete is an excellent guide and enjoys sharing his knowledge.
