What To Expect

Grand Traverse Bay

Enjoy a beautiful sail on a 63-ft schooner around the Grand Traverse Bay. This family-friendly sail includes locally-sourced food and drinks. Help raise the sails and sit at the helm while you learn about the natural and cultural history of the region. You are pampered by the captain and crew while you relax and take in the amazing colors of the water, feel the wind on your skin and taste the food and drink fresh from the farms and shops of the area.

How very disappointing all the way around. Safety is our number one priority and we are so sad that we did not get you out on the bay. What a bummer for all of us. One star is not indicative of what we offer our guests and friends. We hope to get you out on the water in 2025 as our guest.

The noon sail was so peaceful and beautiful. The crew was fun and really informative and the lunch was fresh and good. Unfortunately , there was little wind so our sails weren't put to the test. Even still, it was a lovely day and a fun relaxing way to spend the afternoon.

This was a last minute addition to our honeymoon and one of our best activities. The food and drinks were great, the employees were kind and personable, and my husband got to get hands on with the boat, which was so great to watch. I highly recommend for a memorable and relaxing experience.
