Our driver was a great speaker and very knowledgable. He always had answers to everyones questions and kept us all entertained. The only thing was it was very cold but I cannot fault the tour itself for that. Overall it was a education experience and I would recommend it to everyone visiting charleston.

Friendly, helpful parking attendant in Palmetto parking beside the big red barn helped us purchase reduced rate combo tickets (Palmetto carriage ride and Charleston Harbor Tour). We were planning to do a private carriage tour, but opted to take a 9am carriage that had only 6 passengers which was perfect! Jeremy gave us a humorous, engaging, historical, cultural, informative narration and guided Toogoodoo with gentle voice and hand as he pulled our carriage thru the yellow ball zone of Charleston. I regret not retaining the name of our parking lot attendant who was most helpful and informative herself, helping us as Charleston first-time visitors to make the most of our 1day visit and what to save for a return trip with more time. Our come ‘n go all day rate was $18. The day was beautifully sunny and unseasonably warm at 78* in December. The only plans we had secured prior to arrival was a reserved room at Hampton Inn, Mr Pleasant/Patriots Pt; but with her helpful input, we enjoyed our day immensely and left Charleston with great memories!
