Seeing the monument at night was a very cool, but what made the trip was the guide Dion. He had a a fun compelling way of telling historical facts/stories that made the seeing the sights that much more enjoyable.

We were so happy with our tour. Our guide Cory was knowledgeable and we had plenty of time at each location. The group was small and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend this tour.

It started badly and didn’t improve. The bus driver had an attitude. The bus was incredibly hot. We asked for air con and he turned it up but it was so hot. He then stopped at one hotel for about 20mph. Didn’t explain just left us there with door open in the heat. The tour guide got on at next stop. Maybe I had high expectations as I love history but this guide was poor at best. Frankly it was this building is x. This building is y. No detailed info but plenty of poorly landed jokes. At the stops he got out and walked at a slow pace in silence. We walked behind him like children. At each monument he gave about 3 sentences of info and then said i will wait here while you go up to the monument. I heard other tour guides and wished I had booked them. I felt frankly angry at this company talking money for a glorified Uber! I will never book with this company again as this ambassador of the company was shockingly poor. Washington DC is an amazingly beautiful city so would recommend anyone do a tour. Just avoid this company until they hire a tour guide worthy to do the history justice.
