Viewing the monuments and memorials at night was the best part of the tour. They were beautiful to see lit up. I appreciated that our tour guide wasn't overly loud or too talkative. The information shared on the open air minibus was interesting, and she didn't ruin the quiet reverence when we were at the monuments/memorials. It was still pretty hot, even at night. I would advise guests bring your own icy water as the water provided was not very cold. We took an Uber from our hotel, and it was a little scary waiting for an Uber to come and return us to our hotel.

Hi Brenda, I am glad you enjoyed the tour guide! Regarding the water, we do ask all drivers to have ice stocked in their cooler for the water and I apologize that it wasn't provided. We will speak with the drivers and ensure they follow through. Also, we understand it can be scary at night in a new city but we intentionally choose this location to end our tour as it is a memorial under the protection of The National Park Service Police, Secret Service Police AND the DC Metropolitan Police Department so it is very safe. Have a safe trip home!

Had a great trip! Dion was an incredible guide! Fun and very informative. Definitely enjoyed seeing things in the evening. DC is a beautiful city but we learned so much about it also.
