Overview

Your Deluxe Manatee Swim Tour provides a unique opportunity to view Florida's Nature Coast. CRWS is a proud member of the Save the Manatee Club Guardian Guide Program - promoting passive observation and responsible eco tourism. Your tour will take you past a state Archaeological Park, a State Nature Preserve and to a National Wildlife Refuge. You may view up to 57 varieties of birds, river otters, deer, pigs dolphins, a variety of fish and turtles besides the opportunity to swim in the area of the gentle giants manatees.

I came with my boyfriend and my son. My son was not having it and didn’t want to go in the water. The captain was kind enough to stay on the boat with my son while my boyfriend and I got to swim with the manatees. Everyone was very nice. The guide was very helpful and we had a really good time!

This place is awesome!! Me boyfriend and I went here during our vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The guides are laid back, entertaining, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified wildlife and shared their extensive insight into the waterways of Crystal River. Crystal River Watersports makes it clear that they really care for the manatees’ well-being through their passive observation policy. It made me comfortable learning that our interaction with the manatees wouldn’t cause them any distress. My only constructive criticism is that it would be nice to have more photos taken of the participants in the water if they can’t take any themselves. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Great tour. Tour guide was very informative, funny, entertaining and made the experience rememberable. We got to see the manatees up close and personal....even a baby one!! Thank you!
