Your Deluxe Manatee Swim Tour provides a unique opportunity to view Florida's Nature Coast. CRWS is a proud member of the Save the Manatee Club Guardian Guide Program - promoting passive observation and responsible eco tourism. Your tour will take you past a state Archaeological Park, a State Nature Preserve and to a National Wildlife Refuge. You may view up to 57 varieties of birds, river otters, deer, pigs dolphins, a variety of fish and turtles besides the opportunity to swim in the area of the gentle giants manatees.

I went on the manatee swim experience with my 10 yr old and my dad 72 yr old. We had a great experience. The swim guide and captain were nice and helpful. They knew where to take us for the most enjoyable experience for my 10 yr old.

Thank you so much for your review! We greatly appreciate you choosing Crystal River Watersports for your tour. As you mention, people of all ages can enjoy the tour. We have had children as young as 2, and guests over 80 who have enjoyed snorkeling with the manatees. If people don't want to swim, they can also see the manatees from the boat. Our location a bit north of Crystal River also means that each tour has an Eco-Tour portion down a small river between the Crystal River Archaeological Park and the Crystal River Preserve. It is a beautiful area showing the transition from woodlands, to wetlands to the river and Bay. It is beautiful and different every trip. Thank you and hope you and your family are well!

Such a unique, peaceful experience with Don and Captain Robert! Would definitely recommend. Manatees are basically giant puppies. Make sure to bring warm, dry clothes to change into on the boat!

We did the manatee swim Tour (afternoon Tour) with Adrian and Captain Jim. It was such a wonderful experience! They were very nice and explained a lot about the manatees and the Wildlife in the area and took very good care of us. We were lucky to see many manatees swimming and two getting very close to us! The company makes sure not to disturb the manatees and provides eco friendly tours. Most companies only get you to the manatees and back but that tour took us along the river so that we could also see many birds fishing, a racoon and beautiful landscape. We definitely would do that tour again. Thanks to the Team of chrystal River watersports!

The eco-tour portion of our trips can often be one of the most fun, and does make us unique in Crystal River. The river between the Crystal River Archaeological Park and the Crystal River State Preserve is so beautiful, and we never know what type of birds, animals and even dolphins and alligators that we will see.
