In this two-hour tour, find out why there are so many nudes in Renaissance Art--- And, why are there dead bugs, wilted flowers and skulls in Dutch paintings? Question why the Virgin Mary is always painted in red or blue or both. Why does impressionism look blurry? The 2-hour tour includes the highlights of the permanent collection, ) PLUS, you can opt to concentrate on a specific art period or (if showing) a Special Exhibition. It's about what you want!

We had a great tour with Neema. She has years of experience as a docent, so she knows the museum and the the art. She also has a fantastic knowledge of art history. She was able to highlight some great works in the museum and provide the back story that made them interesting.

Ellen was just amazing! She made the museum a fun, learning, visual, audio, experience that was second to none. She toured us chronologically pointing out & making her us find the differences in the pieces of art. We learned all sorts of origins of coin phrases. It was so interesting she was was very knowledgeable. It was a very thought-provoking experience I would recommend her to anybody!!!
