Overview

Get out and ride in the Alaskan Boreal Forest! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Spend more time riding on the trail than any other Denali area off-road adventure tour. You may learn how to make fireweed tea, leave with a blueberry smile, or even chat about survival. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Tackle the terrain in a single-rider ATV or share the thrill in a multi-passenger side-by-side ATV. Trails are challenging for all experience levels. Total tour covers about 20 miles with 2½ hours on the trails.

The Denali ATV Adventure team (DAAT) heartily welcomed us, gave an informative safety in brief, introduced us to our vehicles including a short introductory ride to familiarize ourselves with vehicle handling. We then embarked on a 3 plus hour adventure that included 3 stops where the team explained local topography. The 3 person DAAT was professional and courteous while being safety minded as they led us over and through ups, downs, uneven terrain and several small rivers. We had a BLAST!! Thank you DAAT!

Fun trip with 3.5 hours flying by. Guides Sam Shane and Cooper did a great job instructing on operating ATVs. Then they took us on an fun ride through trails stopping at key points to educate us on the surroundings as well as a little history of the area. Bob the shuttle bus driver entertains with facts and jokes making sure to point out and pause to get good photos

We had a really good moment, it was a lot of fun. Contrary to other reviewers, our group was quick, so it was fun. We did the three hours tour, which includes scenic points, a little bit of history, and two river crossing. Everything happens outside the park. With the noise coming from the engines, do not hope to see any wildlife. Shane, Meredith and ??? (really sorry) were really nice.
