Overview

Get out and ride in the Alaskan Boreal Forest! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Spend more time riding on the trail than any other Denali area off-road adventure tour. You may learn how to make fireweed tea, leave with a blueberry smile, or even chat about survival. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Tackle the terrain in a single-rider ATV or share the thrill in a multi-passenger side-by-side ATV. Trails are challenging for all experience levels. Total tour covers about 20 miles with 2½ hours on the trails.

We were 2 families that traveled with 6 young adults and 4 parents. This activity was perfect! We chose the longer trip to give everyone more drive time. The trail was bouncy and fun! It hadn't rained for several days so there was a lot of DUST that obscured some of the trail experience but no fault of the trail guides. At each of the 3 planned stops, the guides explained the area, the rocks and some history. Clay , Doug and Jeremy did a great job. Clay spent some time chatting with our group and the whole team recommended the face scarfs to help us with the dusty trail. Everyone had a great time and would come again.

This trip was beautiful and fun. Rachel, Tyler and Jeremy were excellent guides. They stopped us in different areas for longer sight-seeing opportunities and explanations of our surroundings. They were silly and spread enthusiasm. Going fast was exciting but we slowed down to enjoy the view too. A good interactive way to cover more ground than hiking and take in the scenery outside of the park. I definitely recommend Denali ATV Adventures to anyone in the area with an adventurous spirit.

Chris, Doug, and J Dot. Great guides! Fun stories and safety conscious ! Bob the Bus driver from Texas was hilarious and informative. Eating dust was never so much fun!!
