Friendliest driver we've had. Made a very early morning pickup enjoyable. Punctual pickup too. Had difficulty making a call to this company to confirm pickup time as the phone kept disconnecting, this added a bit of stress prior to the departure, however, once I discovered Viator message service, the company was quick to respond and everything was seemless from that point. Would definitely use again.

First, let me say, the drivers were great. The dispatchers were beyond horrible. If I could give the dispatchers -5 stars I would. Completely incompetent. Literally, their ineptitude nearly caused us to miss our flight. Please stay away from VIP Trans.
