Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

The driver was late picking us up. We were suppose to be picked up at 11am, but the driver did not get there until 11:38. When I called the 1st time at 11 to inquire I was told 10 minutes because of traffic. I asked if i should cancel and get a taxi so i am not late for our flight, he said no i won't miss my flight. When my daughter called at 11:30, she was told 5 minutes. We had to run through the airport to check in and go through TSA. The plane was already boarding our group when we got there.

Them not picking me up and labeling me as a no show. I called the manager, and still wouldn’t come. Just bad service
