Viator’s VIP shuttle took me to Honolulu airport. The shuttle driver didn’t expect me at my hotel—he expected me at a later hotel. (I don’t know why there was a mixup, I wrote down my hotel name (Hilton Grand Islander) and my address (2023 Kalia Drive). I had to hurry after my VIP van driver trailing the other people picked up at my hotel. I had to convince my driver that I had paid for a ticket—I showed him my name on the list of people to be picked up.

The driver was on time and courteous. He did not talk at all, but he was efficient and a good driver. As this was a private car, there were no other stops, which was a major plus!
