Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

I was only unhappy that I was picked up 2.5 hours before my flight. That’s way too early, no reason for it.

We usually pick up our passengers early per airlines recommendation to be at the airport at least 2 hours prior the departure flight time. However, we suggest you let us know next time what would be your preferred pick up time and we will pick you up at your desired time. Mahalo,
