Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

Be sure to phone the local vendor to confirm where that exact pick up location is - street address does not always represent where the transport will be. I was lucky that the driver realized I may be at a different spot and came to where the pick up spot used to be when I wasn`t at the new location. What a thoughtful person this driver is!!

Do not use this company. They were late disorganized very unhelpful on the way to the hotel and on the way back to airport There was no one to meet us at the airport despite the website saying somebody would be there with a sign. Not only was no one there but every vehicle we asked wouldn’t help us Returning to airport the driver went to the wrong hotel. Total waste of money
