Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

The driver told us we were late and he was just about to leave even though we were only 2 minutes late and I had a walking stick and had to pull a suitcase as well. He continued to berate us for being late for at least 5 minutes. On our arrival the driver was so polite and even produced a small step to help me in and out. The driver at departure didn't do anything to help even though the van was so high I could not climb in and to get out I had to put my feet out the door and slide out because it was too high for me to stepdown.

pearl harbor. circle island tour, tour of the islands, germaines lauau, waikiki central hotel was very nice.

Our driver was great. Important to know: once you are off the ship and have your bags, you have to call for the shuttle. Took about 20 minutes. They are not there waiting and they don’t really make it clear that you have to call.
