The driver doing his best to pick up us in the last minute. I would advise the Viator should arrange sending the driver out earlier to arrive a near location to wait for starting time of picking up return flight schedules. There are always encounter unexpected traffic problems in the trip to pickup even the first passenger. There are no spare time for returning flight passengers to wait for delayed arriving drivers.

Mixed review as I had a nice experience from the airport. I wanted to book a round-trip transportation, but that was NOT an option. Unfortunately, my return trip (to the airport) was an email confirming the booking as I booked 5am shuttle. Nothing was confirmed on their end, so I was in from of my hotel at 4:50am for my 5am shuttle. Shuttle arrived at 4:45 and took off since I wasn't ready to go! I lost my ride & payment due to miscommunication and only by 5 minutes! I had to book a replacement transportation via Lyft/Uber due to this.

To be honest, i was nervous about the connections, and i called VIP shuttle service a couple of times for confirmation and additional infor Mation. They were clear and concise with the information and my driver showed up on time and was vert friendly and full of advice i was needing.
