Had the pleasure of participating in the Desert Nature Walk and Soundbath/Meditation last week. What a surreal experience. I arrived early, and met Conan - he was very welcoming, and took me up to a viewpoint to look around as he set everything up for the session. The guided walk was informative, and gave me a whole new appreciation for the community/land connection. Ramona's soundbath and meditation was stellar, she facilitates with such ease, care, and comfort. We then hung out and chatted over fresh juice. Really enjoyed my experience, and send much love to Conan and Ramona for the intention and love they put into offering/creating these experiences for others. Best day ever!!

THANK YOU Joshua Tree Alchemy for a magical well-rounded experience. I wasn’t expecting this to be a spiritual one, but it was! Pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the nature walk, the beautiful breathtaking meditation and soundbath, and the incredible people that put together this thoughtful experience. If you want a one-of-a-kind way to connect with nature that allows you to go within, you MUST do this! *tip- make sure to bring your bathing suit and take a cold plunge, as you get access to the property after the experience. The pool is open for guests and is situated within the boulders.

One word.. AMAZING! I had never been to Joshua Tree before. When we first arrived at the entrance and were immediately greeted by our guide with welcomes and smiles. My Husband and I joined the 8am morning tour which was a group of 6 in total (including my husband and I). After signing the basic tour paperwork and a brief but incredibly informational safety speech we drove to the parking lot where we would start the nature walk. As we drove to the upper parking lot, my first impressions was that is was stunningly beautiful. The property is expansive, peaceful, quiet and very well maintained. There is so much to see and explore on the grounds, you really feel the connection with nature. We started our walk in an area the guide referred to as the “upper sanctuary” and without spoiling it with too many details, let me just say it is exactly that, a real sanctuary. As we explored the sanctuary, our guide shared some fun facts and information about the grounds, local plants and animals. We saw a lot of different bird species including a roadrunner, quails and even a peacock! We spent about an hour walking on the trails throughout the sanctuary before we arrived at the “sound cave”, a unique boulder cave formation with stairs leading down into it. Once we entered into the cave we were surrounded by massive boulders (some bigger than our NY apt!) and we were welcomed by Ramona. Ramona was incredibly sweet and inviting as she welcome the group in and helped to get everyone situated. We started the experience with an expertly guided meditation. We set a personal intention (something I found to be powerful and meaningful in the days after my experience). After the meditation she began the soundbath. When we had entered the cave Ramona had a beautiful display of crystal bowls set up and I’m really not sure what the other instruments she used were, but the sound was unlike anything I have ever experienced- magical. Along side the sensation of the bowls I heard what felt like ocean waves and she played a box that had such a hypnotic mesmerizing tone. There were numerous times I felt a sensation of energy throughout my entire body. The energy and space she held was so peaceful and relaxing. After the soundbath, our guide was waiting at the cave entrance to assist us out and then he guided us to the outdoor kitchen area where we were served fresh carrot juice (yum!) which was very refreshing. We were a bit short on time so unfortunately we had to leave after the juice and my only regret was we didn’t take the opportunity to jump in the plunge pool. It look so pretty and was actually built into rocks as well. However, it just leaves a reason to come back as I would def do this little adventure all over again, next time I’ll plan for at least an hour or two at the pool.
