Beautiful views along the hike. Don’t rush…take plenty of water. The narrated tour pointed out several points of interest on the way up and down the hike. Make sure to stop and rest several times. The morning we were there (8:30 am) it was already very hot…they had to fly helicopter rescue missions and get people that were physically sick from trying to make it to the top. Don’t rush!

Climbing up the mountain and seeing the side at the top of the hill was absolutely beautiful! Definitely, would recommend it.

Very misleading - make sure you reserve the Diamond head reservations separate from this tour because it does not include admission and by the time it was our day to go we were unable to because all of the reservations were sold out. Even the women at the gate were confused about what kind of “tour” voucher we had.
