We were planning a wonderful family event with a day trip to Catalina, Catalina Island Scenic Tour and Glass bottom boat. Unfortunately, my wife Kathy tripped and fell with serious injuries to her face and neck and we spent the day in the emergency room with sutures and x-rays while we sent the other 9 members of our family ahead. We were actually wondering if it would be possible to refund both Craig and Kathy Moffat for both tours since we missed the entire trip. The rest of the family had a great time.
