Good introduction to some of historic Monterey. Easy walk and saw several of the old "Adobe buildings". Our guide Shirley was very knowledgeable and had a far-reaching knowledge of history (around many parts of the world). We had small group of 5. It was interesting to see what parts of Monterey are historically preserved (while many other structures are in need of preservation). TIP: At conclusion of tour (around 4:15 pm), you are very close to Fishermans wharf or Alvardo street. Both have good choices for an early dinner. Take the tour then walk to dinner.
