Dogs are very excited and kind! Our musher introduced the dogs and let us to interact with all the lovely Alaska Huskys. He also helped us take great pictures.

Our 4 legged friends love to run and love greeting our great guests. During picture time; don't be surprised if the pups try to steal a kiss. Thank you for the review.

An unexpected amount of snow made me late to the location- the company won’t refund the money or let me rebook it without charging the entire amount again. such a terrible way to treat tourists. there’s a bunch of other places to experience dog sledding- go somewhere that treats people kindly.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund or free date and/or time changes more than 48 hrs prior to adventure start. Arrive 30 minutes prior to adventure start. Late arrivals are considered no shows and refunds will not be issued. We specifically ask customers to arrive 30 minutes prior to their adventure start to avoid a late arrival and to have plenty of time to get our warm gear on. We want our guest to enjoy the services we provide. On this day every other guest managed to arrive on time for their adventures. When an adventure is booked, I ensure all staff and equipment is prepared and ready for the scheduled adventure. When a guest doesn't arrive; the employees have already completed work and still have to be paid.

I was so excited for this tour. It turned out to be less than exciting. We purchased the thirty (30) minute tour. They take you out on a "track" that felt like I was going round the track at a high school football field. It was a slow 5mph. The driver was very nice; but you can tell she had done this many times before and lacked any enthusiasm. It was a lot of money for very little in return. I think the cost is mostly to cover the jackets and boots they provide; which admittedly was very much appreciated. The tour can be missed and you will not be any worse off.

We spend a lot of time grooming our trails smooth and safe for our guests and pups. Our trails weave through spruce forests, open fields, meadows, willow swamps, birch forests and across the Alaska pipeline. The average speed of a dog sled team is 8MPH. Most folks also enjoy the time when the team stops for a break. During the break our guests get to personally meet the team and get some great closeups.
