Dogs were great!! Cole did a great job, just a tad bumpy for my wife. Probably should have a seat cushion for her to sit on. And was super cold (-30F)!! The ride was too short - should have signed up for the longer ride.

All of our dog sleds have custom pads to cushion the ride. I apologize, the musher brought the pad inside to dry out and did not put the pad back on before this tour. I offer 30 min, 1 hour and 2 hour dog sledding trips. When temps drop below -20 we only operate 30 minute trips for our guest's safety. Thank you for the review.

I went into this experience a little worried that it would be too cold to enjoy (the day I went it was -25F out), but Rod's outfitted us with plenty of cold weather gear to enjoy it. As for the dog sledding, our guide Emma was excellent at her job and made the trip very fun. If you're coming to the Fairbanks/North Pole area, it's definitely something you must try before you leave.
