All passenger names & weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.
Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. For each passenger weighing 230 pounds or more OR any 2 passengers body weights exceeding 400lbs combined, an additional seat must be purchased at time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.

ONLY YOUR CELL PHONE IS ALLOWED ON BOARD. NO OTHER CAMERA DEVICE IS ALLOWED! Air Maui will provide a lanyard case for passengers cell phone that will be attached to them during flight.
Children must be at least 10 years of age or older to go on doors off. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old. Only age 16+ can sit on an edge/outside seat.
No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
Must wear closed toed shoes. No flip-flops or sandals.
Long hair must be tied up in a bun or braid.
Air Maui will provide each passenger a jacket that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
Comfort seat charge for one passenger weighing 230lbs or more or a combined weight (2 passengers) of 400lbs or more.
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin of 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.

An enjoyable activity! Rick, our pilot, was fantastic with the information that he shared throughout the ride. The experience was incredible, and there is so much to see from the air. You not only get to see things only visible by air, but you also learn a lot about Hawaiian culture and history. Rick would share different interesting tidbits about the culture and history.

Epic Views! Once you’ve been on doors off ride, you’ll never want to do anything less. It was an incredible adventure. Nathan our pilot was so smooth that our videos and pictures came to life. The falls, cliffs, and ocean are nothing short of breath taking up on birds eye view. Checkin with staff was fast and easy. 45 min of my life has just been blown away by this memory. Hurry and Book it you won’t be disappointed.

The doors off helicopter tour was easily the highlight of our vacation! We paid the extra $50 each and reserved the front seats, which was well worth it. Vince, our pilot was an amazing guide. It was beautiful, exhilarating, informative, and then some. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!
