We've done Hop On/Offs in two other cities. We were very disappointed with this one. First, to be fair, it was a very rainy day so we couldn't sit on top and the windows were fogged over. With the side benches, it was hard to see anything but the first floor of the buildings which is pointless in a big city. Many of the stops were not announced or even stopped at so we missed getting off at everything we had planned further from the historical district. We ended up just riding the loop to get an overview. We had no idea what to look for signage wise to know where pick ups were located. When the rain picked up and we wanted to ride from Stop 2 to 5 back to our hotel, we waited 10-15 minutes, then walked the mile and still beat the bus to stop 5.

We enjoyed our morning tour around the city. The tour guide was informative as well as entertaining. And I know they’re well trained for it, but the driver did an amazing job of navigating some pretty narrow places! This was a fantastic way to see the city and then decide on where we wanted to explore some more. Highly recommend!
