At Defiance Rafting, we expect our guides and their passengers to display perfect paddling form when rafting through the Class III–IV Shoshone Rapids. When they do, which is mostly all the time, we reward their excellence by letting them raft it again. When they don't, we punish them by making them redo it, which, oddly enough, they never seem too upset about.

Pricing for all the various rafting adventures and companies in Glenwood were pretty comparable. We called a couple others before booking with Defiance and could not have been happier with the experience. We had a group of five, two adults and three girls, ages 11-13. We did the double Shoshone, which is more rapids and less floating, and had an absolute blast on the river, from arrival to departure the whole experience was incredible and so much fun. The river does what it does and would be the same for every company. So what I consider the best part of choosing Defiance, is the staff. Everyone we dealt with was amazing, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, including all of the guides and especially our guide, Ben. Hope you enjoyed your birthday. We would without a doubt choose Defiance again. Get out there and do it.

Awesome time, Heather was great on fitting us in at last minute, tip of the cap to guides Jeremy, Charlotte, Ben, and Ahna they made the trips awesome. Will see you guys again next June.
