Perfect way to spend the day together as a family! We took our 4 kids (ages 16-22) on the tour. It's sometimes hard to find something we all like to do together, but our "foodies" loved the tour. It was wonderful seeing the passion each restauranteur put into their food. Everything was delicious and our guide Jack was so personable and funny. I especially liked how Jack shared with us the history of how Providence has evolved as well as educating us on the art and architecture along the way. Even though we are locals, we don't know Providence well and now we know exactly where to go for some great eats! From beginning to end the experience was flawless. We found free street parking right near our meeting place, and the vegetarian options for our daughter were as delicious and well thought out as our tastings. At the conclusion of our tour, it was telling that everyone picked a different favorite from the restaurants since all our stops were SO good!

We thoroughy enjoyed the Downcity Providence Food Tour. The food was delicious and our guide Jack was entertaining and informative. Great way to learn about Providence and sample some local restaurants.

The tour was a little over 3 hours. There was a good variety of food. Portions were reasonable at each place. We ended at a brewery with a soft pretzel as the final tasting. Would recommend. Our tour guide, Jack, was knowledgable of the area and history.
