What To Expect

BREW-ed

This Brewery Tour is hosted by a Certified Cicerone, a recognized expert when it comes to beer. As your guide takes you to each brewery, you'll do more than just drink. You'll learn about the brewing process, the ingredients and the history of beer while you discover some of the best breweries Asheville has to offer. At each stop on the brewery tour, you will enjoy three to four six ounce samples of beer. It is highly recommended that you eat a substantial meal before the tour and take smaller samples if you feel like you've had enough alcohol. In between breweries, your guide will tell you about the history of Asheville and how it came to be the beautiful city it is today. Feel free to ask questions at any point during the tour. The owner of this company is also the tour guide. He is awesome! He knew everything about the beer brewing process, history of Asheville and the history of beer brewing in Asheville. So interesting and the beer was amazing! No question ever stumped our guide and we ended everything at a brewery with an amazing Food Truck! Awesome time!

This was a fantastic tour with the perfect tour guide. Cliff knows his beer, his breweries and his town and is able to give the tour participants his unique perspective on all. It was a great day all around and we would recommend the Brew-ed tour to anyone interested at all in beer and Asheville.

Great tour led by cliff. Very informative, good group size and picks good breweries. Drop the family and kids off at the biltmore and go see what Asheville is really about.
