My girlfriend and I went on the tour last week. We ended up being the only ones on the tour somehow. Our guide, Kelly, was exactly where he said he'd be at the exact time when he met us. He was very informative and has a real passion for the downtown area of LV. He told stories and explained the history of the area, and even had pictures to help visualize what everything looked like back then. Most of the pics were taken from the exact spot we were standing, so it was very easy to get a visual reference. Kelly was great. Highly recommend this tour!

What an amazing tour! You should do this! Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Kelly was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the history of Old Town Vegas was extensive. He showed us old photos of how the Fremont Street area looked in the past and then filled in the story with fun facts and hidden gems. He also explained how the revitalization began and how it is progressing. I'd bet that most people living in Las Vegas aren't aware of all the new things happening in the area. I should also mention that Kelly gave us earbuds to wear during his tour so that we could clearly hear what he was saying. The sounds on the street are really loud but we had no problem hearing his every word. He also gave us coupons to a number of shops in the new Container Park. This tour is definitely worth it.
