This is a walking tour. While there are stops along the way, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
You are required to go through airport-style security on this tour. No luggage, weapons, or food (except for water in a clear container) is allowed. Confiscated items will not be returned.

The early morning tour is the one to choose to avoid the crowds. Really good small group tour with a guide who provided a really good insight.

Tour guide we had was nice but not great. We were rushed at points and missed a lot of history at Ellis Island. We were not even allowed 10-15 mins to take pictures in front of the Statue and she made us run to catch a boat just to miss it in the end. At Ellis island she didn't even take us outside to show us the grounds as MANY tours had that were less money then what we paid. I would have saved my money and went with a cheaper tour. She keep saying Wendy Willians jokes that NO one even got or cared about.

Alvaro was a highly entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide. He was able to make the Ellis Island experience come alive through both story telling and some of his personal experiences. I would strongly recommend this tour.
