We went on this tour October 27th, our guide was Dan. He did a fantastic job and was really engaged all-time through the tour. Dan is a great guide and his knowledge was amazing, we truly enjoyed this small group experience, the history and Dan's outstanding knowledge. He also guided us on Ellis Island, very interesting as well. We highly recommend this tour, early access meaning you get the option to get on the early boat and just with a few people. Don't miss it, and thanks Dan, wonderful experience!

If you go to NYC, you have got to take the 911 Memorial & Statue of Liberty with Ellis Island Tour, Including Ferry. My tour guide for the 911 Memorial was Dennis Leary a retired NYPD officer who worked the site. His tour included personal photos he shot while working on site. He provided additional information that only a person on site would know. Great guy. Later he handed us off to Eloise the Aussie at the Ferry. She took to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Her knowledge of the two sites was impressive. I thought I was a history buff, but she knew more than I did. If you are going to NYC, plan ahead for this tour 3-4 months in advance if you want to go inside the Statue. Their tours are no more then 20 people during the vacation season. Off season as I did is less, only 3 in my group. A very nice tour with very nice guides.
