Long lines, unorganized, and complete waste of time. We never got to see the experience at all. We ended up just leaving.

We had to wait in line for TWO HOURS! There was NO social distancing. Everyone was on top of each other in small spaces with no ventilation. A total super spreader!!! Shame on you all for charging so much and putting peoples health at risk and ruining their holiday! Then had to wait to go down the elevator. Great view none the less but what we paid for was safe transport to the top and that was NOT provided!!!! If we were told the wait was that long we would have comeback another day. Today our back, legs and feet are still and sore. Good luck to your staff who were cramped in this crowded space. I pray for their health. An elevator was down and you should have an emergency service and tell the customers. Saving $ to call an emergency repair service put lives at risk. Will share this horrific experience with all.
