Incredible views, staff was very accommodating. There should be a time limit on picture taking in the "edge" corner. One woman had someone taking multiple pictures of her posing standing, sitting, modeling, then brought her family in! There was a line waiting their turn. Not very considerate. There could be more places to sit and a cheaper rate for seniors.

Honestly this place is a tourist scam and I regret spending $85 for two to come here. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to protect others from wasting their time and money. There are other options out there so don't come here to be disappointed and treated rudely. The views you get are very underwhelming. I also don't understand what the point is to make a "reservation" and buy tickets online because when you get there they shove you into one jam packed line of people trying to buy tickets on premise, even if you prepaid and reserved a time online. They don't take any Covid precautions, and jam pack you into an elevator to go up. The elevator ride itself is suppose to be pretty cool with the 360 graphics they show you but you are squashed in an elevator with people and can barely move. The gift shop has no workers at the register so you can't checkout. The location of this place is also obscure and difficult to find with confusing instructions.

We bought tickets online for a timed entry between 2:50 an 3:50 pm. We arrived at 3:20 and waited 45 minutes in a line that snaked around corner after corner before we got in the elevator to go up. While crammed in the first segment of the line before the metal detector, a staff member continuously yelled at those of us jammed in the line that didn't move to "keep moving" while the staff member at the metal detectors yelled at people to "stop and wait" (to be summoned through the metal detector). (Clearly there is no communication going on here between employees) We spent about 45 min on the observation deck and then had to get in another line for 30 minutes to get in the elevator to go back down. The observation deck is nice once you get there but it's not worth that kind of wait.
