Fantastic view of the city, breathtaking! Very friendly staff and they all took the COVID protocols seriously, which was reassuring.

On Nov 4th I was in the observatory around 3pm. My bad experience started at the bar when I try to request my drink. The service in my own experience was deficient. could be much better, the cashier show me aptitude when I pay. In the general both of the employees in the bar show me lack of interest when I request my drink (It was 3 in total) they were not kind in general. I didn't feel valued as a customer. But the worse moment was when I was walking to the elevator and the lady in charge call SASHA, line break to put to ladies before of me without making the line. I call her attention She answered, "It is not a problem" and she didn't show any respect or consideration of me. She didn't care about her accion and She didn't try to apology.
