Amazing viewing platform! We visited New York with our two adult children. If you are going to do only one viewing platform than this is one of the best, we also did Empire State and Top of Rock which we also loved The views across the city are amazing and I felt extremely safe as I can feel nervous of heights but because you are surrounded by high glass sides it feels fine and not scary at all! It was very busy as you would expect but you do easily find a spot to take photos and look. We came as sun was setting so it was so lovely to see New York at this time. Once up you have all the time you need so can sit and take it all in. Well organised going up and down.

I mistakenly bought tickets for family of 4 which cost me so much money over $180, and we never get to used them bc we didnt intend to go to this place. So not only the tickets were unused and money $$$$ was wasted, viators refused to refund my money that we never even get to go. Its beyond frustrating and disheartening on their end, viator have no empathy for customers! I will never book with this website anymore!
