Climbers scale the outside of a skyscraper more than 1,200 feet above the ground, then lean out and look down from the highest outdoor platform in New York City. If optional upgrade to City Climb is selected, City Climb participants must meet the following restrictions or they will be denied entry: Age: 13+; Height: 4.9ft - 6.7ft; Maximum Weight: 310lbs; Cannot be under the influence of alcohol. Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Climbers must be able to speak and understand English.

Look 100 stories down from the thrilling glass floor, lean out over the city on angled glass walls and sip champagne in the sky. You've never experienced New York like this before.

So the observation balcony is a must in NYC, however for the price paid they should offer a bit more. The entrance lobby is very dramatic, elevator ride builds tension and once the door of the elevator opens there is a bit of disappointment cause you are just there in a lobby that doesn’t match the drama of the entrance lobby, no welcoming staff, no greetings, and not even amazing view till you go to the windows or go out to the balcony. Would have been nice to have a greeting team that explains a bit about the view and the different areas on NY that are all around, maybe even add some signes naming the names of the neighborhoods in view. Apart from that, the view itself is amazing, the glass balcony is an experience of its own. Oh, and expect to be offered merchandise all over the place.

This place is incredible but gets crowded. You get to see the sunset by 8:10/8:15pm my daughter enjoyed it.
