Hudson Yards has changed the West Side fo NY and the Hudson River skyline. The NYC Skyline has changed with new skyscrapers. Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards with a beautiful mall in NYC. You will find restaurants with famous chefs. Hudson Yard is the where the new Vessel is and located on 5-acre of the Public Square. The Vessel designed by British designer Thomas Heatherwick. The Vessel is 16 stories and 154 flights of stairs, 2,500 steps, and 80 landings to climb.

Part of the package gives you access to the Statue of Liberty 60 Minute Sightseeing cruise from Pier 36. It is recommended to start the package at the Edge. This is a ticket package and you have to travel on your own to get to the activities.

The edge was wonderful. The run arounds i had to do just to get my ticket from the tour guide was horrible. I do not recommend. I get to the edge at 1130 for my 12pm appt to the edge. I waited in line for about 20min. I get to the part where i had to scan my ticket and it don’t scan. They said i had to go to box office to see wat the issue was. I get there and they tell me that i need to call Viator. I call them and they tell me i have to go to B&H photo to redeem my ticket. So now it’s about 1220. I walk there and when i get there no one at B&H knows wat I’m talking about. They told me that they have no affiliation with Viator. So i call Viator back. Customer service rep is adamant that my ticket is there. She gave the cashier like 2 different order numbers and still nothing. Now I’m irritated at this point. The rep doesn’t have an answer for me so i kindly asked for a refund. She tells me they don’t give refunds. Out of nowhere a number from NY calls me and i pick up and it’s my tour guide asking if I’m goin to make it to the Statue of Liberty tour. I said no I’m still trying to get my ticket for the edge. He says he has them with him. He sends me a picture of them so i run back to the edge get in back in like when they scanned the ticket IT STILL DIDNT WORK. The lady just let us in. Don’t waste ur money like i did. I couldn’t even enjoy the Statue of Liberty tour and can’t get my money back either. Just buy ur ticket from the edge. They’re only $38 per ticket. I finally go up and the experience was wonderful.

You purchased a guided tour and did not follow the instructions to meet the tour guide 15 minutes before the tour. The voucher is clear that you must meet tour guide and the guide will have all your tickets. Sorry you did not follow the instructions and looked for tickets that the guide had for you. The edge observation deck ticket alone is $49 not. $38.

The view is stunning and very worth the ticket price. What’s not worth it is the long wait to get a photo in the most photogenic spot, the staff doesn’t kindly ask folks to be respectful of others time resulting in some people taking 15 min or longer to do a photo shoot there while you wait. It takes an hour to get the opportunity for your turn to take a photo. This has to change as I really hate taking my friends there for this reason.

The View of Hudson River is Breathtaking. Milo’s Restaurant great food . The Mall is great too. Family is so impressed
