Very fun once we got started. Took about 30 minutes to get our bikes sized correctly and what we felt comfortable on. Had a bit of trouble finding the Elizabeth River Trail. Map could have been more explicit. Like that we had three hours to ride. Two would not have been long enough. Thinking about buying two of our own.

Thank you for the nice review. We are glad you enjoyed our Pedego Electric Bikes and are even thinking about buying two of your own. Good news, the Elizabeth River Trail Organization has secured funding for more (and better) signage earlier this year. Installation has been somewhat hampered by Covid, but it will be very nice when there are larger and more ERT signs along the entire 10.5 mile route. Please feel free to contact us about your e-bike questions and thanks for stopping by. Hello, fun...

From start to finish, the rental at Pedego Electric Bikes Norfolk was amazing. We were on a cruise that changed itinerary midway and were not sure what we would do last minute in Norfolk, Virginia. Based on our activity choice and the five star reviews, we booked the “Elizabeth River Trail 2-Hour E-Bike Rental.” I easily booked and paid online through TripAdvisor and was contacted by Amy, the owner, via email to confirm our booking the day prior to our excursion. We arrived at the scheduled time and she could not be more knowledgeable and accommodating! She answered all of our questions and gave us a thorough training before setting off on our adventure. She even offered to get us to the starting point of the Trail. My husband is a cyclist so he quickly took off, where I took things a little slower. The wonderful thing is you can experience the same ride but be at various levels of cycling, peddling, activity & physical ability. We were free to go along the Elizabeth River Trail and in and around the city. It was easy to navigate and Amy was just a phone call away if we needed her for anything! After our ride, we spent a lovely time chatting with her about Pedego, Norfolk and our exciting first time Ebike experience. The shop is meticulous yet comfortable and you can see that great care is taken to make this ride safe and fun. I’m am happy to have found this gem enroute to the cruise port and I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes if you are in Norfolk and we wish much success to Amy and the store!
