Join us on a one-of-a-kind, electric-powered catamaran ride for a wildlife tour along one of California's largest tidal waterways. Enjoy a narrated cruise along the Elkhorn Slough, a vibrant and lively wetland located on Highway 1 between Santa Cruz and Monterey in Moss Landing. Scan for otters, sea lions, birds and beyond during a cruise through these peaceful waters.

We loved this open air electric boat eco tour - we saw so many more sea otters, harbor seals, sea lions, and bird species than we were expecting! It was a terrific experience for adults, teens, and children alike. Our captain and nature guide were knowledgeable and friendly and opened our eyes up to so many aspects of the region and wildlife. Our only regret was that we hadn’t thought to do this on our previous trips to the Monterey or Carmel area.

We had a great time on the tour. The guides were knowledgeable and informative. The boat was sturdy and quite. The kids could walk from side to side to view the wildlife.

This tour was absolutely fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We saw sea otters immediately and many even had babies! The boat is comfortable and so quiet, the wildlife wasn’t scared at all. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the animals and the area and our 7 and 10 year olds loved it. Perfect length for kids. All tours through wildlife preserve should be electric. We will come again and encourage friends to do the same to support a more eco friendly way to observe wildlife.
